Sage Oil Vac has created a line of non-CDL lube truck bodies to fit in a Class 5/6 chassis (i.e. Dodge Ram 5500 or a Ford F-550). A Class 5/6 truck has a gross vehicle weight rating ranging from 16,001-26,000 pounds. A non-CDL lube truck body can transform the average truck into a heavy duty maintenance vehicle with an array of industry applications.

This product line features Sage Oil Vac fluid control panels to make bulk fluid loading a cinch from ground level. From diesel generator maintenance to traditional fleet maintenance, a non-CDL lube truck body is economical and packaged for operator convenience.

Sage Oil Vac lube vans are a ready-to-use mobile service solution featuring up to 90 gallons of capacity for new oil, up to 60 gallons of capacity for used oil, individual control panels, continuous LED fluid level monitors and a bulk fill station. The enclosed cargo space offers storage space and an advantage in cold weather. Technicians can access everything they need via the van’s side door, simplifying the maintenance process. Meanwhile, the smaller size of a lube van provides better fuel efficiency compared to even non-CDL lube trucks.

Sage Oil Vac Class 8 Fuel/Lube bodies can deliver 2000 gallons of diesel to your jobsite in one trip. Sage Oil Vac lube equipment will enable your operator to perform fluid exchanges 2-3 times faster than pump-based systems while performing those changes cleaner, safer and without pump failure. Among the many options available are heated tanks and tool/filter storage.

Choose between traditional PTO-driven hydraulics to run compressor and fuel pump or diesel-powered stand alone air compressor with hydraulic power for diesel pump. This allows you to shut down truck engine while on job site to avoid costly DPF/SCR problems. Save gallons of diesel and truck engine run-time with these standalone units.

Sage Oil Vac has created a line of lube truck bodies to fit in a Class 7 truck chassis (i.e. Ford F-750, Peterbilt 337, Freightliner M2 or the Kenworth T370). This product line offers fuel and lube-change combinations as well as high-capacity, lube-only bodies. This lube truck body class is generally for those in-field operations where an oil change needs to be performed on large equipment.

VacBuilt systems by Sage Oil Vac provide ready-to-use mobile service solutions, offering an economical entry into mobile lube service. This lineup offers some of the most in-demand products from the Sage Oil Vac LubeBuilderTM system, but you won’t have to order the components and assemble them yourself. VacBuilt systems are assembled at our factory and ready to roll when they arrive.

The first offering in the lineup is a waste oil tank, offering flexibility for service technicians who don’t require a new bulk oil tank when completing preventive maintenance on vehicles and heavy equipment. VacBuilt systems were named one of Construction Equipment’s Top 100 New Products of 2024 for their innovation and impact on the mobile lube service industry. The VacBuilt line will continue to grow with larger-capacity tanks and other service options.

The delivery lube cart series is very similar to the evacuation and recycler lube carts, but with the added ability to hold fresh maintenance fluids. This lube cart series uses Sage Oil Vac’s compressed air system to build vacuum pressure for clean exchanges. Fluids can be filtered and transferred from a drum or bulk tank into the cart and back into the equipment.

Wheel everything you need for a complete fluid exchange right to the equipment with the exchange lube cart series. These lube carts feature both a dedicated used oil tank and a fresh oil tank for a quick and clean oil exchange.

Antifreeze and hydraulic fluids are a high-cost item in any maintenance program. A recycler lube cart allows you to collect or vacuum antifreeze and hydraulic fluids from equipment, run them through a filter and then re-dispense them back to the equipment.

Evacuation lube carts reduce the mess in your shop with Sage Oil Vac’s signature vacuum fluid exchange technology. These lube carts offer a great solution for draining used fluids with better logistics for disposal.

Sage Oil Vac compact lube skid equipment is built with mechanics’ trucks in mind. This product line is sensitive to your need for truck space with its smaller footprint.

The heritage skid lineup was modeled after the original Sage Oil Vac oil exchange system created in 1993. Each heritage model was built to be robust and heavy duty with a smaller footprint — the perfect lube equipment for trucks.

The Sage Oil Vac service lube skid product line provides a wide range of capabilities on a more economical budget. Onsite maintenance and oil changes are made easy with the lighter frame and standard 25-foot reel which works well with half-ton pickup trucks. Every service lube skid also boasts an onboard compressor for vacuum and compressed air and a 30-inch Used Filter Receptacle™ for hot draining of used oil filters.

Sage Oil Vac’s line of preventive maintenance (PM) trailers helped launch the company as a household name. Each preventive maintenance trailer provides the capabilities that Sage Oil Vac has become famous for — oil changes on stationary diesel engines like irrigated ag, gas compression stations, peak power generators, standby power generators and any diesel engine application where the engine is not on wheels.

A rinse and flush process is required to remove contamination and sediment in many wind turbine gearboxes. This proactive maintenance approach will help increase lubricant life and equipment durability.
